International School Dhaka (ISD) is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School in Dhaka, Bangladesh that was established in 1999. The school enrolls students in the age range of 2–18, from Playgroup through to Grade 12, providing an international education for local and expatriate children living in Bangladesh. There are over 70 international teachers or administrators from about 26 different nationalities. The school is recognized by the Bangladesh Ministry of Education and is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS), the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), and authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB).

We are delighted to celebrate our incredible secondary student leaders and participants as well as teacher mentors who came together for another successful Service Saturday held at our School Campus.
Our Service Saturdays are considered an important part of creativity, activity, service (CAS), which is one of the three essential elements that every student must complete as part of the IB Diploma Programme (DP). They also form part of Service As Action, which is a foundational element of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP).
More than 30 students from ISD and our community partners led and took part in several different workshops on Saturday such as, creative arts, science, cooking, reading, dancing, gardening, games and activities.
We are so proud of all the students who participated and made a special contribution to one another and gave us all great learning experiences.
