In the Playgroup, children are settling in and beginning to develop their personal and social skills. They are learning to share toys and take turns during playtime. While they are still in the process of acquiring the appropriate expressions to communicate their needs and desires, we are consistently modeling conversations to ensure they are exposed to language regularly.
They are also exploring various sections of the classroom, allowing them to practice roles they observe outside of the classroom. In our house corner, children engage in pretend play, caring for dolls and imitating actions related to baby care. They explore the picture books in our mini library and listen to different stories during class time.
Additionally, they have a great deal of fun in the outdoor play area, using their bodies to develop their gross motor skills. The children are happy and busy making new friends every day. They love to play alongside their peers and teachers. It is amazing how quickly these children have adapted to their new environment and demonstrated progress in a short period.
