At ISD we understand that classroom pets inspire our students to uphold the values of responsibility and respect for all living things. We empower our students with life skills that are applicable and transferable beyond the classroom. We are also embedding in our students an awareness to embrace the needs of other living creatures.
Helping us to do this are our new furry friends…
Over the last two weeks, PYP students have been making friends with our new guinea pigs and have been thinking of what to name them.
