Your well-being is of utmost importance to us at ISD! After the tremendous success of our Zumba and Yoga demo classes, we’re thrilled to announce the introduction of regular sessions just for you.

Please note that we are covering only the instructor’s cost, and a nominal fee will be charged for these classes.

Prices per class/package
Yoga: 500 Taka X 6 = 3,000 Taka
Zumba: 600 Taka X 10 = 6,000 Taka

Yoga: 8:15 am to 9:15 am (once a week)
Zumba: 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm (twice a week)
Last Date of Payment: 30th January
Classes start in February
