Thank You for Supporting the Visual Arts Exhibition
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended the Visual Arts Exhibition yesterday. The presence and support of the community made the event truly special and meaningful for the IBDP Visual Arts students.
The exhibition marks the culmination of the two-year Visual Arts programme, during which students explored personal themes through a variety of concepts, media, and techniques. The result is a cohesive, diverse, and thought-provoking collection of work that reflects their creativity and commitment.
Continuing a valued tradition at ISD, the event also featured solo performances by Performing Arts students. These self-written monologues, typically submitted directly to the IB, offered a rare and powerful live experience. The evening was further enriched by original compositions from the school’s talented music students.
For those who were unable to attend, the exhibition will remain open for the next two weeks at Auditorium Foyer. All teachers are encouraged to bring their classes to view the display, which presents valuable educational connections across multiple disciplines.
Congratulations to all the Arts students involved—your efforts and achievements are a source of great pride for the entire school community.
