From the Director: Positive feedback on the New School Schedule

We are delighted to share positive feedback on our new school schedule.

Thank you for your patience, flexibility and support with our new opening schedule. I have appreciated the many messages and comments that parents have sent me about these new arrangements

Today we continue with our new routine and it feels like a normal day of learning for everyone on campus. Regarding student attendance rates, we are regularly achieving over 90% in Secondary and 85% in Primary. Clearly, most families wish to see their children attend school to the maximum extent at this time of considerable disruption to our normal routine. We know that this is temporary until we can return to the regular schedule of school days. Before this is possible, we are being flexible to protect the in person learning needs of our youngest to oldest learners under the direction of our teachers to provide the best all round learning experience.

In addition to this, we also want to ensure that the Friday prayer is being respected and we invite our students and staff who wish to participate in the Jummah prayer under the guidance of an Imam on campus. We are doing our best to meet the expectations and needs of as many differing perspectives within our community. We cannot predict what will happen in the weeks ahead but our staff are working with flexibility and commitment to ensure that the best learning opportunities of our students remain a priority during  the coming weeks.
