One of the most engaging learning experience of Grade 4 is their excursion to the Sara Resort as part of their Sharing the Planet theme, focusing on habitats. They will explore different ecosystems, observe organisms in their natural environments, and reflect on human impact. Students will inquire into the forests and other habitats situated within the resort to identify different habitats and the human impact on the organisms living in them.
This excursion will allow students to engage in meaningful inquiry using key Approaches to Learning (ATL) skills. These skills will help them observe, investigate, analyze, and reflect on their learning during the field trip.
