Xavier Tarsà (BARÇA Coordinator): Xavier is a professional of Physical Activity and Sports, with a big attitude and hard-worker mindset. The commitment, the creativity and the adaptability capacity are his strengths. Initially working with other important clubs in the Catalonia region as a team coach and Physical trainer, Xavier joined the Barça Escola two years ago, where he had the chance to participate in our Perfeccionament program and he became a BARÇA Coach this last season. In addition of the Physical Activity and Sport degree, Xavi also completed the Coordinator Course of the Catalan Football Federation and the certificate with the highest Football Coach License (III).
Eric Benavides (BARÇA Coach): Eric is a coach with extensive experience in both technical coaching and sports physiotherapy. He holds an Advanced Football Coaching License (II) from the Catalan Football Federation, and a certification in Therapeutic Massage as well, enhancing his ability to care for players’ well-being. Eric has been part of the coaching staff at BARÇA Academy in many countries such as Argentina, France, Italy, Belgium, and Luxembourg, giving him a valuable international experience and he also participated in activities at BARÇA Academy like clinics and tournaments.
With this mix of academic knowledge, coaching experience and love for football, he is a complete coach with a big enthusiasm for sharing the BARÇA methodology and the BARÇA values, and also for keeping learning from other countries and cultures.
