See how proud we are and stop by our Grade 1 artwork exhibit!
Grade 1 are proud to showcase our artwork that we created throughout our Unit of Inquiry Who We Are. We developed our understanding of the concepts of identity and growth mindset through stories. We studied portraits by Nate Williams, an award winning Art Director who creates books for children as well as different kinds of named art to help us design our own identity pieces. In Visual Art, we made dot-inspired art and Beautiful Oopses which were influenced by The Dot by Peter H Reynolds and The Beautiful Oops by Barney Saltzberg.
