As the time of Eid-ul-Fitr approaches, on behalf of ISD, it is my pleasure to extend our warmest wishes for a blessed and celebratory Eid Mubarak!
May this Eid bring you and your loved ones joy, peace, and renewed strength. We hope you have a wonderful time with family and friends and time to reflect on the blessings of the past Ramadan.
Shubho Nobo Borsho! (Happy Bengali New Year!)
As your Eid celebrations culminate, we look ahead to another significant cultural event in the calendar – Pahela Baishakh, the Bengali New Year. As you may already know, this vibrant celebration falls within our upcoming two-week school break.
However, we will still celebrate the Bengali New Year together at ISD! In the spirit of celebrating cultural diversity and inclusivity, I’m excited to announce that our school will be commemorating the Bengali New Year after the break on Monday April 22nd . We will be hosting a range of community activities to mark this significant occasion. Further details regarding the event have been shared in the next article. All of our parents are warmly invited to attend the event on Monday 22nd April and hope to see you there. (Link to Story2)
Finally, whether your plans involve travel, family gatherings, or simply unwinding at home, we wish you a restful and enjoyable break. Stay safe, take care, and see you all refreshed and rejuvenated when we return.
