International School Dhaka (ISD) recently participated in the Model United Nations (MUN) at Georgetown University in Qatar, where students engaged in a dynamic environment of diplomacy, debate, and collaborative problem-solving. During the event, ISD students had the opportunity to represent various countries in different UN committees sharpening their skills in negotiation and public speaking while advocating for global issues. They embraced the core values of the International Baccalaureate (IB) learner profiles, such as being communicators, thinkers, and principled individuals. Through collaboration and critical analysis, students deepened their understanding of international relations. They fostered teamwork and respect for diverse perspectives, gaining invaluable experiences that will shape their future academic and professional endeavors.
