Parent Survey Results & Next Steps for ISD

Last November, ISD collected valuable feedback from over 60 parents through our school performance survey. We were pleased to receive high levels of positive feedback, along with constructive insights on areas for further improvement. Thank you to all families who took the time to participate.

Top 5 Scoring Areas (% Satisfaction):

✔ The school supports my child’s English language development – 94%
✔ My child enjoys attending school – 96%
✔ My child respects teachers and fellow students – 100%
✔ Teachers care about my child’s academic development – 97%

🔹 Sufficient resources for a high-quality IB programme – 80%
🔹 Students respect those who are different – 80%
🔹 Clear rules on student behavior – 79%
🔹 Nutritious food choices in the cafeteria – 76%
🔹 Safe and reliable ISD bus service – 78%

Using Feedback to Drive Improvement
Last month, these survey results were reviewed as part of ISD’s ongoing school improvement process, guiding the next phase of strategic planning with action plans set to begin in April 2025.

To ensure continuous improvement, we will send out the survey again next year, allowing us to measure progress on key areas. To encourage a higher participation rate, the survey will be available in both English and Bangla for easier completion.
