Join Ms. Sekai, Secondary Social-Emotional Counselor, on Monday 9 October
All secondary parents are invited to join Ms. Sekai, Secondary Social-Emotional Counselor, on Monday 9 October, for a conversation on navigating the teenage years, a developmental stage which can present a variety of challenges for parents. Adolescents are more likely to experience peer pressure and push boundaries, prioritize time with friends over family and school responsibilities, struggle to regulate themselves and feel a higher need for validation. This workshop will focus on helping parents to understand these changes and provide practical strategies to support parenting during the teenage years.
