Secondary Three Way Conferences on 9 November

Three way conferences involve parents, students and teachers  and provide the opportunity to reflect upon a student’s academic progress.

The Secondary School Three Way Conference for Term 1 will be held on 9 November from 8:00am to 3:30pm. This is an opportunity for parents and students to speak individually with  their subject teachers and gain an understanding of their academic progress whether it be in the MYP or DP subjects.

Parents and students do not require an appointment on this date as all the Secondary Teachers will be based in the Gym and parents along with their child may attend at a convenient time between 8.00am- 3.30pm. We advise parents to plan ahead in order to devote approximately 90 minutes of their time, so that they have a chance to speak to all of the subject teachers. If there are siblings, additional time may be required. Individual conferences with a teacher will be for 8-10 minutes. Students will not have classes scheduled on this day as they will be expected to attend meetings along with their parents to discuss their Academic progress.
