Let’s all think about our mental wellbeing this 10th October!
The overall objective of World Mental Health Day is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health. This year, the theme is “Our Minds, Our Rights.” ISD will recognize our support of this message by encouraging everyone to wear green to school. We will also offer a range of wellness activities including Storytime Yoga in the morning (bring your own yoga mat if you like), mindfulness moments curated by the student council for each classroom, and a special treat for staff (check your inbox soon).
