World Scholars Cup (WSC) Registration Open for Grades 8-10

World Scholars Cup is a wonderful platform where students from around the world gather and test their skills. The goals of WSC are:

• To motivate students of all backgrounds to discover new strengths and practice new skills.
• To inspire a global community of future scholars and leaders.

Students participate in 4 major events; Team Debate, Collaborative Writing, Scholar’s Challenge and Scholar’s Bowl. Follow the links to know more about each round to learn more.

It is organized at 3 different levels; Regional Round (Dhaka), Global Round, and the Tournament of Champions at Yale University (New Haven, Connecticut, USA). To know more about WSC follow this link.

The Dhaka Regional Round is March 15 -17 (Friday – Sunday – during Ramadan) at International Hope School, Dhaka. Mr. Ayaz, ISD Individuals and Societies teacher, is looking for dedicated students to join the World Scholars Cup ASA to train and compete in the Dhaka Regional Round with high hopes to qualify for the Global Round. 

Cost: Dhaka Regional Round; Early Bird Registration (until Feb 26) – 4000 Taka, Regular Registration – 4500 Taka, Late registration – 5000 Taka per student.
